Spread herb butter on one side of each waffle, using brush, fingers, or other utensil to evenly coat; avoid pools of butter 3. Toast waffles longer than you normally would in toaster 4. Melt butter in pan on medium heat, add two eggs 5. Break yolks and spread into roughly waffle-sized shapes 6. Season with black pepper and paprika 7. After 2 minutes flip eggs 8. Repeat #6 9. Place one slice of cheese on each egg 10. After 2 minutes place one waffle on each egg, side with herb butter facing up 11. Add more butter to pan if needed, then flip both stacks and brown waffles for about 2 minutes 12. Remove from heat and assemble sandwich
